Hello Everyone!
It was an honour to have your support for © THE VIRTUAL HEALTH & WELLBEING SUMMIT 2026 inaugural event! Produced to raise awareness of the broad range of hidden disabilities millions of adults across the UK and globally live with.

Personally, it was a joy to see the vision come to life on March 30th, which turned out to be the start of Holy Week, preceding celebrations for Easter that led to: Reverend Michael King from 'King of Kings International Ministries', opening the summit in prayer with his wife: Prophetess Marjorie King joining the summit's afternoon programme to speak about her company: REBIRTH which supports men and women impacted by Domestic Violence, providing a link to The Havens in East London for anyone wanting independent support.

© THE VIRTUAL HEALTH & WELLBEING SUMMIT took place during 'International Women's Month', supporting the charity: Alzheimer's Research UK courtesy of Dementia Champion and volunteer, guest speaker: Ola Asgill whose morning presentation gave great insight into living well to protect the brain, from the food we eat, to fitness and reading. Guest speaker, Rebecca's Bird's afternoon presentation explored Dementia Care through the work of her company Birdie Box with a large focus on carers and self care.
© THE VIRTUAL HEALTH & WELLBEING SUMMIT crucially was part of Endometriosis Awareness Month.
Endometriosis occurs when cells similar to the ones in the lining of the womb (uterus) are found elsewhere in the body. These cells can grow and change in response to hormones in the menstrual cycle, this can cause inflammation, pain and scar tissue.
Endometriosis is most commonly found on the lining of the pelvis (peritoneum) and may occur in the ovaries and involve other pelvic organs, like the bowel or bladder. Less commonly, endometriosis can also be found outside the pelvis, such as in the chest.
Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth from puberty to menopause, although the impact may be felt for life. In the UK, that’s over 1.5 million from all races and ethnicities living with the condition.
Trustee of The Endometriosis Society: Dr. Sanchia Alasia opened the summit with a very honest, factual and educational insight to living with endometriosis. The former Mayor of Barking and Dagenham's experience is documented in Sanchia's book: The Untold Story!
Broadcasting 'live' from the USA was guest speaker, author and podcaster: Simone S. Smart, who alike Lady Gaga (who's on the journey to total self healing from fibromyalgia), albeit some years earlier, and somewhat uniquely, found a cure for endometriosis, which is to be celebrated! Released a day before the summit, Simone's book: Life Lessons Learned: The Journey From Girlhood To Womanhood is her memoir, which includes her story of overcoming endometriosis, click to read her full story.
The legacy of © THE VIRTUAL HEALTH & WELLBEING SUMMIT is one of being delighted to have partnered with PR Guru and founder of London Fashion Week, the infamous: Lynne Franks OBE whose endorsement of the initiative through the Seed Network was a welcomed contribution to the inaugural event.
